Guys I’m sorry, this is probably one of those “well I feel uncomfortable now after reading that” posts, but I have to get this out. It’s hardly 5am and maybe only a couple of people will even read itthankfullyithinkBUT- I have to just say it. Part of the reason I’m still so fucked up is because I feel like I’m hiding it, since I’ve never told anyone besides a few close friends. So maybe posting this will make me want to jump off a building a little bit less. welp, here goes..
I don’t know this person but I can’t stand seeing someone feel bad about themselves. If I could say one thing to them (and to anyone else out there that feels the same way) it is that they are not strange or “fucked up” in any way! People are people and are beutiful and unique exactly as they are. I have a belief (probably not a popular one but…) that all human beings are born genderless and asexual. Gender roles are something that can be taught, although in some places in Sweden I hear they’ve stopped doing that. And in other countries gender’s a completely unknown concept altogether. And as far as sexual orientation, if you develop it at all it develops around puberty, though some can skip the process and continue being asexual. GETTING OFF TOPIC! But yeah. Bottom line, gender is basically an invented concept, not naturally occurring.
